Prices and Guarantees

With clear and easy to understand pricing, there are no hidden extras. ComputerGuys do not charge for a callout. All customers are made fully aware of our rates at the time of ordering. Hourly charges are as follows...

Monday to Friday 7.00am to 6.00pm

General Repair and Maintenance - £ 55.00 per hour.

Training £ 75.00 per hour.

Monday to Friday 6.00pm to 7.00am / All Saturday and Sunday

General Repair and Maintenance - £ 70.00 per hour.

Training £ 95.00 per hour.

Invoicing and Payment. An invoice will always be provided showing a full description of work carried out with a breakdown of hours worked and materials used. Payment. Payment must be made in full by cheque or cash to the engineer upon receipt of invoice. All work is guaranteed for 12 months after completion

Notes

Hourly Rates. There is a minimum charge of 1 hour on all jobs. Work is then charged in 15 minute increments. All rates exclude VAT and materials. We do not charge for travel time or fuel to and from the job. We do charge for travel time incurred whilst collecting materials, however this will not exceed 45 minutes per time.

Fixed Price. Our engineers can provide written and verbal quotations and are happy to make an appointment to carry out a survey at a fixed price of £ 120.00.

Materials. ComputerGuys will charge materials at cost plus 25%. Collection time will be kept to a minimum, any cost to the customer will be agreed in advance.
